How often and how long can I call with Spaarenbel?
You may make an unlimited number of calls to foreign countries through our lines. The call duration per call is a maximum of one hundred and fifty minutes.


Can I program phone numbers in my telephone?
Yes you can very easily program the Spaarenbel number before you make a call. This way you can call directly from the address book in your phone :

Nokia
Enter the Spaarenbel access number, press 3 times the * button, a p will appear. Then enter the number you wish to program.

Siemens / Panasonic: 
Enter the Spaarenbel access number, press 0 and hold down the button until a + appears then enter the number you wish to program.

Motorola / Sony-Ericsson: 
Enter the Spaarenbel access number, press * and hold this button down until the p or P appears, then enter the key number you wish to program.

Fixed phone 
To program numbers on your fixed phone, we recommend that you use the instructions of your device.


Who can use Spaarenbel?
Our access numbers are accessible from any phone, so from the fixed phone, cable, VOIP, and a mobile phone with a valid SIM card. One tip: be careful with the usage from your mobile device. Mobile providers sometimes make a hefty surcharge for prepaid users who dial Spaarenbel numbers. To avoid these extra costs, we refer you to: Tele06.


Can I also call abroad with Spaarenbel?
Spaarenbel only has dial numbers for the Netherlands. If you want to call cheaper abroad we recommend you to take a look at the websites TrendCall or Spaarenbel TravelCard


Can I immediately call abroad?
Yes you can immediately call abroad, you do not have to sign in first.


Should I call again for each number I dial?
No, it is not necessary. When you want to stop a call you press the # twice. Then you can dial the number you want to call next or enter *0 to call the last number you dialed.


How do I pay for the usage of Spaarenbel?
You pay the costs of dialing a number directly to your provider. For the tariffs of a call visit the rates page. You can also hear your costs per minute before you make a call.


How good is the quality of the connection?
Spaarenbel allows to route calls using the renowned parties KPN, AT&T and Belgacom. If you still have a bad connection for several days, please contact us by email. Always let us know from what number to what number you called, then our technical department can help by routing your call to the requested destination.


How much does it cost to make a phone call with Spaarenbel on a fixed line?
You only pay the cost of calling the access number of Spaarenbel, you pay per second.
The call will automatically appear on your phone bill. Below are some examples of the additional costs of calling our access numbers. With some providers it is so that calling to a fixed number during an off-peak hour is free.

How much does it cost to make a phone call with Spaarenbel on a mobile phone?
When you subscribe with a mobile phone and dial one of the Spaarenbel numbers you pay the costs for the dial number plus a surcharge for using your mobile phone. This fee is usually equal to the costs of a call outside the bundle. When you dial with a prepaid mobile phone you will usually pay around one euro per minute, regardless of the access number. We recommend prepaid callers to make use of Tele06

Should I add up the 090x costs in the rates of the respective country?
No, if you call via Spaarenbel you only pay the price of the 090 numbers that are listed, plus a possible surcharge for the use of you mobile phone. Any further connection charges and taxes are in the rate.


Do I get an bill sent from Spaarenbel?
You will NOT receive a bill from us. All the costs of your calls can you find on the back of your providers bill, under the heading: information provider / service / premium numbers.


do I also Pay when i'm Busy?
Because we use 090 numbers, you pay once your connected to our system, but only after the tariff notification. Would you like not to pay during 'busy' try Tele06.
